What gets in the way of you starting on the road to getting fit?

You might have gained some weight from having a baby and never got back into fitness training.

You might have started working crazy hours because your finances got out of control but you still wanted to maintain the same lifestyle.

You might have stopped playing sport and now notice that you gain weight easily.survivor2

Heck there are many reasons why we are where we are at today but what is stopping us from starting?

What do you tell yourself when that voice says you should be exercising? Do you make excuses or do you look for ways to start now?

Are you a victim or a survivor? Are you bullied by life’s events or do you sit in the driver’s seat?

Food for thought I hope, because the only person responsible for where you are at today is you.

It isn’t education that is topping you because you know what to do.

It isnt time because I can show you how to lose weight just 4 mins a day if thats all you have.

How many minutes do you spend watching mind numbing tv? Make time now and stop making excuses. Don’t react to life but act now.

And lastly believe in yourself because I believe you can do it. LOL. I was just thinking of Obama’s “Yes We  Can” speech sorry!!

    I think this is the biggest culprit of all.
