Cardio vs Diet

Well I am excited today to tell you of a clients results in just 4 weeks. Andrew has been training for 4 weeks and lost 5.5 cm off tape-measurehis tummy. That is a fantastic effort.Part of his secret is that he didn’t do any cardio but just intervals.

I want you to watch this video my mate Craig Ballantyne put together to demonstrate how you can’t out train a bad diet.
