Eating for fat loss

Here is a sample day when I am looking to get really lean.

5:30 am Breakfast one – 3 egg omelette with 1 cup of greens and 1 cup of other coloured vegies. Greens are usually rocket lettuce and broccoli etc. I use Italian herbs for flavouring and add a pinch of unrefined sea salt for mineral intake. Warm water with lemon

8:30 am Breakfast two – 2 tablespoons of plain yoghurt with berries and almonds/ raw cashews.

2 cups of green teaalmonds

11:30 am Either roast or fried chicken thigh/breast with two cups of varied vegies and a coconut curry sauce (homemade) Water

2:30 pm Apple with 10 raw almonds. I like Jonathan apples. 1 green tea

5:00pm 1 cup plain yoghurt 10 almonds 1 grapefruit

7:30pm poached fish steak ( I love Barramundi) with cashew/curry sauce and 2 cups of vegies (pumpkin and greens go well)

This would be on an off day from my workouts and my second breakfast after workouts would be accompanied by a post drink of chocolate or milo raw milk with a tbs of maple syrup to inject the carbs straight into my muscle.

Hope this has inspired you to make some changes to your diet if you are eating too many grains.
