How to grocery shop!

Here is my approach to shopping. It can work for anyone.

The principle is to split your list into meals.

First is brekky

Eggs, vegies (mushies, spinach, herbs, baby tomtaoes, broccoli, etc) Milk, Oats

Second is snacks

Yoghurt, apples, dried bananas, raw almonds, raw cashews, miso soup sachets, celery and hummus,etc

Third is Lunchcelery

Rocket lettuce and various salads (beetroot, carrot, cucumber, cheese, radish etc) Chicken breast or thigh

Fourth is Tea

Meat (chicken, fish, beef, kangaroo, emu etc) coconut cream/milk, vegies (pumpkin, sweet potato, bok choy, onion, garlic, ginger spices)

That is it. Now have fun making different recipes from that basic plan.

It works if you plan.

Remember if you fail to plan you plan to fail!
