7 ways to eat more fruit and vegies!

Do you ever like brainstorming? Its super cool to come up with random ideas and sometimes REALLY good ones.

How to eat more vegies without changing your diet dramatically!

1. Add fruit to your porridge. Berries, dried fruit, stone fruits, etc.

2. Add 3 or more vegies to your omelettes. Capsicum, mushrooms, greens (rocket or spinach)

3. Add fruit to your plain yoghurt with nuts. Walnuts, pecans, grapes, orange, grapefruit, kiwis etc.

4. Having an open grill? add 5 or more vegies/salad to it. (lettuce, carrot, cucumber, beetroot, avocado)WaterChestnut

5. Snack on raw vegies: capsicum, cucumber, carrot, celery, anything starting with “C” 🙂

6. Stir frys and curries are fantastic ways to add 6 or more vegies. (ginger, garlic, onion, potato, silverbeet, waterchestnut..)

7. Fruit salad with sprinkled nuts is far more satisfying than icecream.
